Classic Energetic Salsa - The Basics
ALL LEVELS
Energetic Salsa uses the potential of 7 to 13 easy to learn footwork variations that are the building blocks to create unique and exciting patterns that are easy to follow, and designed to practice on your own.
In this class we cover the Basic foundations of Energetic Salsa! We typically cover 5 to 7 steps. The goal for this class is to tap into your aerobic system with continuous movement for 20 minutes.

Energetic Soul FIT
ALL LEVELS
This dynamic and energetic class will help your body recover the mobility and stability it needs, creating a ripple effect that will positively impact the health of your mind, your body, and your soul. This class incorporates knowledge from Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan, aerobic training, core training, strength training, tension release and relaxation to improve and maintain overall wellness.
